Nagkaayos na sina Jake Cuenca at Baron Geisler matapos ang kanilang hindi pagkakaunawaan. Nagharap silang dalawa kamakailan sa ABS-CBN Star Magic office at naging maganda ang kanilang pag-uusap. Jake said, “I believe that the apology was heartfelt. I forgave him.” Sinabi ni Baron, “First thing I told him ‘Come here, brother, let’s sit and talk about this.’”
The two actors are thankful that everything has been settled already. They also learned important lessons from this experience. Jake said, “I’m thankful to Star Magic and the whole cast of Tayong Dalawa stood behind us and really helped us out with the whole issue.” Baron added, “Salamat ho at hindi lang 2nd, 3rd at 4th chance ang ibinigay ninyo sa akin. Star Magic, salamat sa patience. Magma-mature din po ako. I’ve been praying for it.”
Jake and Baron star in ABS-CBN’s new teleserye Tayong Dalawa. Sinasabing naging saksi ang kanilang mga kasamahan at staff sa nangyaring gulo sa pagitan nilang dalawa. It was reported that Baron and Jake evaded each other at the backstage of ASAP ‘09 while waiting for their turn for the production number of Tayong Dalawa cast.
Hindi maiiwasan na lumabas ang balita tungkol sa kanilang naging confrontation which was allegedly caused by Baron’s remarks about Jake during Direk Maryo J. delos Reyes’ party.
Maliban sa pag-aayos nila ni Jake, masaya rin ngayon si Baron because his indie film Jay recently won at the 2nd Asian Hotshots Berlin Film Festival for Film and Video Arts.
