Viva Entertainment has announced the re-scheduling of the much-awaited September 18 and 20 shows of Melissa Manchester and Imelda Papin entitled 2 International Music Icons, in spite of the strong clamor from fans and music lovers, to December 18 at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu and on December 19 at the Philippine International Convention Center in Manila due to scheduling problems.
In the meantime, the Undisputed Jukebox Queen of the Philippines is busy promoting her new CD I Love You (a.k.a. Voice of the Heart in the United States and Canada) recorded in the United States under 618 International Records and distributed in the Philippines by Viva Records.
Furthermore, she is scheduled to turn over dialysis machines to designated hospitals for the free medical treatment of indigent patients. The purchase of the said dialysis machines was realized thru a fund-raising concert in the United States together with Boxing Champ Manny Pacquiao.
Imelda has been reaping praises for her world-class performances in Las Vegas, the Entertainment Capital of the United States and has recently been awarded the Hall of Fame by the First Tri-Media Group of Companies in Los Angeles, California.
