MATAAS ANG rating na nakuha ng premiere ng movie made for TV ng TV5 na Kidlat na ipinalabas noong Sunday. Isang oras at kalahati ang napanood ng sambayanan sa naturang hero-serye na hitik sa action stunts at mga nakakakilig na eksena between Derek Ramsay and Ritz Azul na boyish ang karakter sa show.
In a recent interview, nagpasalamat si Derek sa lahat ng mga sumuporta sa show. ‘Yun nga lang, bumigay ang katawan ng actor dahil siguro sa pagod at stress sa taping ng show. Pero no worries na dahil okay na okay na si Derek sa ngayon.
Tungkol naman sa kontrabida nila sa show na si Baron Geisler, todo-suporta naman si Derek sa kung ano man ang mga plano ni Baron upang tuluyan na itong magbago.
Kuwento niya, “To Baron, whom I consider as my kid brother, nandito ako for him whenever he needs someone older to talk to. I promised to look after him and make sure he stays out of trouble.”
Nakatutuwa naman itong pangako ni Derek for Baron.
KANYA-KANYANG DEPENSA na ang mga namumuno sa GMA Artists Center at si Sarah Lahbati. Hindi pa rin malinaw kung kaninong kampo ang nagsasabi ng katotohanan dahil may mga kanya-kanya silang pahayag na parang may basehan din naman.
Pagkakataon na sana si Sarah na makaharap ang media noong nakatakda niyang presscon for Seduction, pero no-show ito.
Lumalala na nang lumala ang gusot dahil maraming mga detalye ang nagsulputan at kontra-birada ang drama ng GMA at ni Sarah.

“It has been three days since Ms. Annette Gozon -Abrogar uses GMA news to bombard me and make my image look bad. Why can’t you give a statement about your involvement in ICONS management company dealing with GMA? We have all the paperworks and proof. I never mentioned that Annette treats artists differently ,read my tweets again, what I’m saying is that artists from ICONS are given more of a special treatment. Why is she so defensive when it comes to ICONS? Give a statement about the underground deals of ICONs on the news.
“To all the people saying that we should fix this behind closed doors, we did try fixing these issues privately even before it got public, I was even guaranteed protection by Mr. Gozon if I tell every detail, but when the blame pointed towards Anette, it became a different story. I have all the proof and paperworks with my statements.
“I should be the one filing a case against GMA Artist Center, I finished filming two movies and didn’t get paid, I still have collectible cheques from guesting in different shows and out of town shows since 2010 that are UNPAID. When your a small artist and new in this industry they will take advantage of you. Ms. Annette is still trying to shift the focus on other issues, why can’t she give a public statement on the bigger issues of the artist center? That she tried recruiting me to join ICONS management?
“My statements does not have malicious intention, I’m just telling the truth, because the people deserve to know the truth about the system of Gma Artist Center. I ask help from GMA news to also investigate the truth behind Gma Artist Center deals with ICONS. I’m not against the whole network of GMA but the system of GMA artist center…”
Saan kaya hahantong ang usaping ito? May mga balak na ang mga pangalang isinasangkot niya sa kontrobersiyang ito na magdedemanda na diumano. So, ano na kaya ang mangyari sa career ni Sarah sa GMA?
MEDYO GOING strong ang relasyong Chiz Escudero at Heart Evangelista, katunayan, lagi raw niyang ipinagluluto ang kasintahan ng mga paborito nitong pagkain. Ilan daw sa mga paborito ni Heart ay paella, tinola at home-cooked lechon.
Kung ilalarawan nga raw niya ang relasyon nila ay ‘smooth-sailing’.
Sa February 14 pa ang kaarawan ni Heart, pero nga-yon pa lang ay may wish na ang senador sa kasintahan. Aniya, “Peace and success in her career, and I hope she develops into a full blown actress and host.”
