AYAW MAKISAWSAW ni Enzo Pineda sa controversy ni Aljur Abrenica who went to court para ipa-release siya sa kanyang kontrata sa GMA.
“Para sa akin siguro no comment kasi people come and go sa showbiz. It depends on your decision. Hindi ko na po problema ‘yon,” say ni Enzo na kasama sa Cinemalaya entry na Sundalong Kanin.
“Maybe as a friend I will feel sad. You know naman what’s best for your work. It’s none of my business naman. All that I care about is my work,” dagdag pa niya.
Actually, Enzo was not surprised that Aljur did what he did. “Hindi naman ako nagulat kasi for the past years naman things like that happen. Para sa akin it’s not the usual thing pero para sa akin wala naman, it happens naman.”
Enzo explained na “kung sakaling friend ko siya, I would tell him to don’t burn bridges. It’s a small industry, small world and you just have to be thankful to what is given to you kasi maliit lang naman ang mundo, eh.”
Anyway, challenge para kay Enzo ang role niya bilang soldier sa Sundalong Kanin. “It’s a challenge Lalo na ‘yung mga Tagalog, medyo malalim. Hindi naman ito mainstream where the characters are more light, nagpapakilig.”
