Ayon sa aking souce, nasakote ng awtoridad sa isang establishment (na may pangalang lugar sa Amerika) sa Metro Manila (eastern part) ang aktor. Kung bakit nagkaroon ito ng media blackout is already an obvious sign: inareglo umano ng aktor ang mga humuli.

Even before nakatrabaho ko si Tim, given na ang aming social diversity. Tim is a byword in the elite circle, and doing showbiz stuff may be demeaning. Pero Tim had changed that misimpression. Keri rin pala niya ‘teh ang bumaba sa kanyang ivory tower, endear himself to the mass base without losing his high-end charm!
Palibhasa sosyal, fa-shionista, born with a pedigree, ang akala ng marami ay hindi ma-reach si Tim. But whoever believes so, commits a crime of character assassination. Jologs din pala si Tim! At malaswa rin, ha? Well, make it fashionably salacious.
Dahil birthday ni Tim today, ordeal para sa aming mga taga-Tweetbiz-sa totoo lang-kung ano ang puwedeng iregalo sa kanya. Aber, what fitting gift can you give someone like Tim who seems to possess everything in this world?
Sapatos? Excuse me, may pair of shoes si Tim na nabili niya sa Europe sa halagang—converted to pesos—P60,000!
Anyway, happy birthday, Tim. Somehow, we transmit common brain waves. At least, that’s the closest I can get to being a La Salle graduate.
KUNG TUMAMBAD SA ‘yo ang TV5 teaser ng upcoming teleserye nila na merong Chinese character, iisipin mong may TV adaptation ng Mano Po. Pero ang ipina-plug pala, ang drama-dramahang vehicle ni Alex Gonzaga na Babaeng Hampaslupa!
Nu’ng ma-reveal na nga ang program title card, meron pang bahay ng Intsik. Teka, in hindsight, parang wala namang “Chinese flavour” ang film classic na ito ni Maricel Soriano, ah? But talk about creative liberty (creative liberty raw, o!), puwede namang magkaroon ng alterations/modifications ang anumang TV version from a film material, depende sa arrangement sa may-akda nito.
But whatever artistic ramifications (daw, o!) there are to this upcoming Alex Gonzaga starrer—her first acting vehicle—she has a lot to prove and disprove. Prove, na kahit pa-cute lang si Alex in her piece-of-cake hosting, marunong din siyang umarte (hindi mag-inarte, huh!). Disprove, na wala siyang karapatang tawaging aktres.
For now, go… girl. Ipamukha mo, Alex, sa mga detractors mo-myself included-na hindi mo ipa-pahiya ang Diamond Star, let your acting glitter as well… or else, baka maiba ang dapat ipamagat sa teleserye mo.
