“I wanna clear that out, I’ve always defended Baron, I tried to guide him but he’s a grown man, he’s making mistakes after one mistake.”
“Thats wrong, I even spoke to the director that night, Mike Tuviera. Ang sabi ko, ‘Direk Mike, kung gusto n’yo pa ring kunan ‘yung eksena right now, kunan na natin, walang problema’. Nag-usap na kami after that and wala na. Actually, two tapings after yata, nagkita kami sa set, nakatalikod ako, lumapit siya. He apologized again, through text and in person.”
“It’s the same thing, he can ask for advise anytime, he came in the decency to apologize and told him ‘apologizing isn’t enough.
Detalye pa niya kung paano nagsimula ang kumprontasyon nila, “He’s upsetting one of the casts, and nakakaistorbo sa set. So, I told him na what he’s doing is not right, so and yes, I did raise my voice, but I don’t disrespect him, I don’t throw any punches, I just made him feel that I was disappointed.”
Pagdepensa pa niya sa kasamahang unang nakairingan daw ni Baron, “In fairness to the other member of the casts, walang ginawang mali ang taong ‘yun.”
“That’s up to the bosses, you know, issues came, I defended Baron because I do believe in his talent. But you know he’s been given many chances, and that’s up to the boss to decide. Hindi ako ‘yung tipong artistang nagpapatanggal, my job is to act, to portray my character.”
“It’s not easy, he’s gone through a lot. So, you can’t really judge him for that but he’s a grown man, you don’t baby him when he makes mistakes, you let him know that he made mistakes, he gotta learn. Kung tanggalin siya sa show, that’s not because ayaw namin siyang makasama or to teach him a lesson, but you can’t continuously go back and repeat the same mistakes.”
“Thats water under the bridge for me na, kasi nag-usap na kami sa set.
“I do belive in him apologizing, pero mahirap talaga ‘yung pinagdaraanan niya. It’s tough for him and it gets even tougher for him to be successful in his career kasi ‘andami na niyang nagawa. It’s never too late to start.
“I believe na kaya niya, na he can do it. I gave him advise na he should invest in some (properties) to give him sense of responsibility na kailangan niyang ah, pagtatrabahuan. Get it on, a small apartment na meron siyang huhulugan every month so meron siyang sense of responsibility. Like I said, I can only give him advise but it’s up to him if he follow it.”
Sure na ‘to
