KARYLLE IS NOW the new celebrity endorser of Blue Water Day Spa together with international model Akihiro Sato. This guy is actually a blend of Brazilian and Japanese. Six feet tall, the gentle hunk cuts a dashing figure on the ramp, in print ads and billboards that shows his handsome face and body to the max.
How do you find Akihiro? “He’s very interesting. Kasi he’s not at all Filipino but is trying his best to learn. And even during the shoot, nagri-review siya ng Filipino-English Dictionary. First time ko siyang nakita during the pictorial. Siyempre, nagulat ako na parang… international model. Alam mo ‘yun, model siya everywhere,”pagmamalaking wika ni Karylle.
Aware ba naman si Karylle na si Marian Rivera ang pinalitan niyang endorser? “I’m sure na may maglalabasang ganu’n. Pero for me, I felt so happy when they asked me to be one of endorsers this year because I really go to the place before, 4 years na. I used to ask myself, kailan kaya ako magiging endorser nila? I felt honored when they asked me to endorse the spa,”sabi niya.
Habang tumatagal lalong nagiging kaakit-akit si Karylle, lalo na nang makita namin ang sexy pictorial niya para sa nasabing spa. Willing kaya siyang magpaka-daring sa mga susunod niyang billboard pictorial? “No. Actually even before, there are lots of offers, but I’m not yet ready, hahaha!”
What’s the best thing about being single? “Lots of things. I’m discovering myself, just me, alone. It’s a lot of time in your hands I guess, and specially time to catch up with family and friends.”
Right now, are you open on dating? “Group dates I guess, with friends.”
Ready to fall in love again? “Not yet, I’m doing very well, in fact, a lot of people have been calling me. Talagang nangungulit sila, ini-invite nila ako dahil may sale sa ganitong place, do you wanna go there, ganyan.”
Nadi-develop na ba ‘yung friendship ninyo ni Jericho Rosales? “Wala naman, we just have a project together. We’re just friends, it’s hard to explain.
“Wala naman kasi, we’re really good friends ’til now. I could say that he’s one person who knows a lot of things about me. I don’t wanna call it anything else. Honestly, it can be something that is not romantic, ‘di ba? Mahirap kasing sumagot na what if, ‘di ba? Especially for a girl, kasi wala naman sa kamay ko ‘yung mga ganyang bagay,” paliwanag ni Karylle.
Naging trauma kaya kay Karylle ‘yung relationship niya with Dindong? “Wala namang trauma, I wouldn’t say trauma. It’s just that I’m not yet ready to fall in love again. I guess, I’m more careful with the things I say now,” sabi ng singer/actress.
