Out of the P40,000 cash prize sana ay P20,000 lang ang napunta sa PMPC members dahil idinagdag na lang ito sa caroling funds nila. So, saan napunta ang 20K?
Ang say ng isang Rodel Something ay ginawang pambayad daw ang 20K sa mga utang ng PMPC, bagay na pinagtaasan ng kilay ng mga miyembro nito. Care to explain, Rodel?
Actually, walang kaalam-alam si KC na hindi naman pala ginamit sa raffle ang perang ibinigay niya.
Exploited na exploited nga itong si KC ng PMPC. Imagine, nagbigay pa ito ng gift certificates sa bawat member, with some blessed few getting as high as P10,000. Ang iba naman, nakakuha ng P8,000 at P5,000 para sa other members of PMPC. May list daw na ibinigay sa camp ni KC at nakasaad doon kung magkano ang dapat ibigay kanino. Kaloka, ‘di ba?

PARANG NASA ibang mundo kami when we attended a painting exhibit recently.
Isang Italian painter, si Franceso Giannini, ang aming nakapanayam para sa kanyang Color, Culture & Faith art exhibit presented by the Benedictine Community of San Beda College from January 13 to 19, 2F, SM Megamall, Showcase Area, Bldg. A.
Accomplished painter si Francesco who was elected member of the Academy of Fine Arts and Graphic Arts in Pisa. He’s also a permanent member of the Society of Fine Arts in Milan and Verona.
And since he’s an Italian, meron pa siyang interpreter when we interviewed him.
Saan medium siya nag-e-excel? “I could say that I excel in all but that is not true. Technically, frescoes or sanguine. Sanguine color is the earth color that uses a base for creating frescoes,” say ng interpreter.
Although hindi pa niya na-experience na magpinta ng Italian celebrity, he dropped hints that there were some artists’ representative who came to ask him to do work for them. And mind you, this includes the famous Italian celebrity, Sophia Loren.
So, saang medium siya nakilala nang husto? “I am more known with religious paints. In fact, when I made this painting in Monserrat, they almost know me now as painter of religious arts. I also did a landscape in Italy. With the landscape of the powers of Tuscan colors I used all the gamut of colors which captured what it all looks like in 15th century,” say pa ng Italian painter.
