LET THIS BE an actor’s second and last support to a local superhero just because they belong to the same management agency.
A transferee from another TV network, hinangaan ang husay sa pagganap ng aktor na ito from a “remade” soap opera. Upon his transfer to another a rival station, una niyang naging proyekto ang paglabas bilang kontrabida ng isang Mexican hero.
Naniniwala ako that he should be above such non-serious, no-acting-required roles that the kids can only appreciate. Let the other promising young male talents tied to a contract, but jobless, become the next perennial contravida on TV, hindi ang tulad niya who deserves far more challenging assignments than play support to a superhero that raises a magical weapon to fight the evils of the world.
