Papaano ba naman hindi magre-react si Kris dahil sa ipinapalabas ni Atty. Falcis na diumano ay nagbabanta sa buhay ng kapatid niya ang Queen of All Media.
To quote Atty. Falcis na diumano’y ipinahayag ni Kris ang pagbabanta sa buhay ng kapatid niya na si Nicko: “YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE NICKO!. DARE TO STEP IN THIS COUNTRY AND YOU WILL BE DEAD.”
Sabi nga ng marami, kahit galit na galit na si Kris, never yan magmumura. Hindi yan manunumpa ng tao na ang pagiging mahinahon at mabait sa kapwa ay traits na nakuha o namana ni Tetay sa ina na si Former President Corazon Aquino.
Bratinella (brat) man si Kris sa ilang mga pagkakataon, si Kris magpapapatay ng tao? Laughing Out Loud (LOL) ang karamihan na alam mo na never gagawin at hindi magagawa ni Tetay.
Dahil sa statement na ito ni Atty. Falcis sa media ay hindi na nagdalawang-isip si Kris na mag-file ng cyber libel complaint laban sa abogado.
Sa ganang akin, mapanira nga ito sa pagkatao ni Kris na kuwestyonable sa reputation niya at credibility.
Ayon sa abogado ni Kris, nag-file sila ng 9 counts ng criminal cases sa Department of Justice (DOJ) laban kay Jesus Nicardo Falcis III dahil sa malicious and defamatory statements laban kay Kris.
Ayon sa pahayag ni Atty. Ricky dela Cruz na abogado ni Tetay: “Ms. Kris Aquino opted to respond to the malicious accusations hurled against her through the legal process. Because she believes that this is the right thing to do. She has full faith in the Philippine justice system. She knows that we are all equal in the eyes of the law.
“Ms. Kris respects our prosecutors and she now leaves it to them to start the legal process. We believe that Ms. Kris Aquino will get JUSTICE because TRUTH IS ON HER SIDE,” pahayag nito.
Pero ang mga supporters ni Kris ay all-out ang suporta nila sa kanilang idolo.
