PLASTIC TALAGA itong si Kris Aquino. After kasi niyang pigilan ang part two and three ng mansion episode niya sa kanyang TV show ay ipinalabas din ito last Monday.
But when she came back from a short vacation, ipinalabas din ang episode na nauna na niyang ipinatigil.
Walk your talk, Kris. Kaya marami ang hindi rumerespeto sa ‘yo, eh.
AMINADO SI Robin Nievera na wala siyang binatbat sa popular parents niyang sina Martin Nievera and Pops Fernandez. “I don’t think I’ll ever be better than my parents because number one they’re a team. Number two, they’re good on their own,” sabi niya.
“I’m very different from them when it comes to my music. I don’t know if you can categorize me as a balladeer. I don’t think I’ll ever become better than them. I’m just trying to express myself through music and I know that The Crowd is best place for that,” he said during his and other talents’ launching as performers of The Crowd, a bar and restaurant located at Madison Square in Mandaluyong that’s family-friendly.
“I don’t sing ballads as my voice is not ballad-friendly. My dad sings at a higher range and I don’t,” dagdag pa niya.
For a beginner, he “chose to go on The Crowd because not a lot of bars in Manila or Makati, not a lot of them supports new music, Filipino music.”
“It’s always show band or whatever,” he noted, “so this is part of an opportunity to not just show my music because anyone can, you know…”
Tampok sa The Crowd sina Laarni Lozada, Jeremiah, Joey Generoso of Side A band and Richard Villanueva.
