SUCCESSFUL ANG ALBUM launching nina Kris Aquino and Baby James entitled “We are 1” under Star Records. Ang nasabing album has two-disc of must-have musical, educational and entertaining album features of a mother and child bonding music na ikatutuwa ng mga bata. Siyempre, naging sentro ng usapan si Baby James na labis na ikinatuwa ni Kristeta.
Mas nakuha daw ni Baby James ang features ng daddy niya? “Sa ABS sinasabi nilang ako ang kamukha pero kapag pumupunta siya sa PBA sinasabing James na James siya. Kasi, I think ‘yung body type niya it’s really like his dad. I guess ‘yung feature niya, actually siguro mahina talaga ‘yung dugo ko. The pediatrician said it’s 75-80% accurate na kapag nag-measure ka ng bata at 2 years old i-times 2 mo raw ‘yun, will be the adult height. Parang totoo, kasi si Josh NAng mini-measure namin ang height niya would it be 6’2″ to 6’3″. Josh is now 6’1″ and his only 14 years old. Si James ng mini-measure naman namin, parang would be about 6’3″ to 6’4″. So, land of the giant kami sa aming house, ako lang ang midget,” pagmamalaking sabi niya.
What’s the different between Baby James and Joshua growing up? “Well, it’s very different. Kasi, Josh has a special needs so, ibang-iba talaga ‘yung process. It’s been a constant battle for us to try to come up with the right program to get him to develop. I’m very lucky kasi, maganda ‘yung school na pinag-aaralan niya. He goes to occupational theraphy, speech theraphy, home tutorial and ang laki-laki ng development talaga. Kitang-kita namin kaagad kung gaano ‘yung difference. Ito, (Baby James) expose mo sa napakaraming tao, hindi talaga natatakot.Tapos kapag may crowd, nanonood siya sa PBA or nagpupunta siya sa taping ko. He goes out of his way. Sabi nga ng mom ko, ako raw kaway na ng kaway sa tao, flying kiss ng flying kiss. He’s so personable, hindi ito ganito kabait, kapag tinatapatan ng kamera bumabait talaga. Behave na behave siya, normally napakalikot nito and his very very friendly. Marami siyang girlfriend sa village namin, sila ‘yung dumadalaw sa kanya at siya ‘yung dinadalhan ng food,” nakaaaliw na kuwento ni Kris.
May time pa kaya si Kris sa family niya kahit super hectic ang taping schedule? “SNN is such a blessing. Kasi – except Tuesday and Wednesday – Monday, Thursday and Friday, I’m able to have lunch with him (James Yap) and able to have dinner with Josh and James. Tapos, the whole of Saturday, devoted to my mom. Kasi, we have mass together sa family, tapos we have dinner together. ‘Yun ang bonding with her and then ‘pag Sunday naman ‘yung bonding naman namin, after Buzz we eat out. ‘Yun ang routine namin as a family for as long as walang laro si James that night. It’s just seems I’m very busy but in reality, Monday, Thursday at Friday I’m really able to be a mom and a wife.” Turan ng actress/TV host.
Hindi ba siya napapagod sa ginagawa niya? “Kasi, I love it! I think that’s the main reason, I love what I do. ‘Yun siguro lang ‘yun. I can’t denied the fact that I have a very generous contract from ABS-CBN. Also, require naman talaga for me to be worth it, worth every centavos they are paying, so no complain at all, I feel so lucky.”
Tuloy ba naman ang pagkuha kay Baby James sa kasal nina Mar Roxas at Korina Sanchez? “Maybe they don’t like na, pero we’re friends na. Even before those interview, even before the engagement and everything. Godmother ko talaga si Ninang Judy Roxas na mom of Mar. Sobrang lalim nu’ng family tights. Sa mga celebrities or politician they get 20 ninongs and 20 ninangs. My mom only got two. If they want Baby James it’s okey, by all means. But if they don’t want it anymore it’s also okey,”diretsong wika ni Kris.
