“I want to make a categorical statement. Last night we have a meeting with Tita Cory Vidanes about issues I raised. Gusto kong magpasalamat sa ABS-CBN kasi doon sa 20 years na nandito po ako ay pinapahalagahan nila kung ano ang importante para sa akin. While still believing in my respect and desire to fulfill my contract, so the categorical answer to the filmfest question is it is pushing through but there will be changes. Changes that I’m not allowed to mention because kailangan namin ng approval ng MMDA,” paliwanag ni Kris sa presscon for Etiquette for Mistresses.
“Categorically, ‘di ba sinabi ko I am still involved, kasi I can speak for myself and my son is involved kasi I am his guardian at nakapirma kami, but there will be additions to the cast and that’s it. Stop asking me. Mababawasan ang suweldo ko kung magsalita pa ako,” dagdag pa niya.
