LOOKING FORWARD daw si Lea Salonga para sa pinaplanong muling pagsasama nila ni Aga Muhlach sa pelikula. Pero sa ngayon, parang malabo raw na magawa nila ito agad.
“If we have our way… yes. But allow me to say this first… we don’t have our contracts, we don’t have a script, we don’t have a storyline,” aniya.
“And I’m leaving for New York in two weeks. So, obviously it’s not gonna happen for a while. This movie is probably not gonna be filmed until I get home. I come home… mga third week of June na of next year. Ang tagal. I’m gonna be away for a while. So, as far as this movie… we both want to do a movie.
“And after seeing the restored version of Sana Maulit Muli, and how people seem to be responding to it, pakiramdam ko… I mean I can’t speak for Aga. But speaking for myself it’s… the timing seems right for us to actually do something.
And… ang guwapo talaga niya!” nangiting bulalas ni Lea. “Talagang… we cannot waste that face! That face has to be on film again.”
Sa ngayon, to the maximum level na ang ginagawang pagku-coach niya sa dalawang artists ng The Voice Kids na sina Reynan Del-anay at Esang De Torres ng kanyang Team Lea.
“The only thing I can ask them to do because they’re so young is just… learn your song well. Dapat alam na alam mo talaga ‘yong kanta mo para kahit na anong mangyari, para kahit na anong kaba o takot ang bigla na lang sumulpot on the day, you’re ready.”
