This was his second time to visit the country after his Meet and Greet for Bench last year.
He makes every girl’s heart flutter with his deadly charm. Siya si Gu Jun-pyo, ang astig na leader ng F4 sa hit Korean drama series na Boys Over Flowers, si Jeon Jin-ho who pretends to be gay in the series Perfect Match, at si Johnny Lee sa City Hunter who wants to take revenge for his father’s death.
Tinanong ko siya what is it about his Filipino fans that he loves the most? “Filipino fans are very passionate. When I was here last time, I saw that and I really wanted to come back here again to see it,” sagot niya in Korean.
“There was a scene there where I just kept crying and crying, thinking of my father. That scene was very close to my heart.”
Walang duda na magaling siyang umarte with all the acting awards he received pero pinatunayan ni Lee Min Ho na may ibubuga rin siya pagdating sa pagkanta. He explained why he decided to pursue a career in music. “Since the TV show Boys Over Flowers, I’ve been attending a lot of fan meetings and on those occasions, I would sing once in a while just for fun, just to entertain the fans. This is not a serious pursuit of becoming a singer. This is really more of a gift that I want to give to the fans.”
“The song is close to my heart because it’s part of the show that really catapulted me into fame, which was Boys Over Flowers. It’s the song that I could use to kind of make an appearance or I could just pop up and that song will play.”
Kaibigan, usap tayo muli!
