MAJA SALVADOR IS one of the most talented actresses of her generation. Tinagurian siyang dance princess because of her dancing prowess on ASAP ‘09. Maja is an in-demand product endorser. She is also a member of the cast of the top-rating primetime teleserye May Bukas Pa where she plays Stella. She starred in horror films like Sukob (with Kris Aquino and Claudine Barretto) and Villa Estrella which is the latest movie offering from Star Cinema. In Villa Estrella, Maja plays Giselle na isa sa mga taong makakaranas ng mga kababalaghan sa nasabing resort.
Ruffa G. interviewed the young actress when she guested on The Buzz. Tinanong siya ni Ruffa kung kumusta na sila ni Carlo Aquino. Sinabi ni Maja na hindi pa rin nagsasawang manligaw si Carlo sa kanya and he still visits her in their house. Matagal na rin daw itong nanliligaw sa kanya. Nawalan sila ng komunikasyon last year pero bumalik daw ito ngayong taon. May pag-asa ba si Carlo sa kanya? “Tingnan natin,” was her short reply.
Maja has become sexier and more daring now. Ayaw raw niya kasing magsawa ang mga tao kung pare-parehong image ang ipinapakita niya.
Maja also shared some scary experiences while they were shooting Villa Estrella. Sinabi niya na kapag nasa standby area raw siya, pakiramdam niya, may nagmamasid o tumitingin sa kanya. Sobra rin daw bigat ng kanyang pakiramdam sa location.
Villa Estrella also stars Jake Cuenca, Shaina Magdayao and Geoff Eigenmann. The movie is directed by Rico Ilarde and will be shown in theaters starting July 1.
