AYON KAY ANNA Puno, concert producer, na sold-out ang concert tickets ng “As 1” nina Gary Valenciano at Martin Nievera sa 15 cities sa US. Bukod dito, super hit din ang show nila sa Canada and Middle East kaya may repeat ground-breaking concert today, July 16 sa Araneta Coliseum. This time, makiki-join na rin on stage si Ram Nievera with his Dad Martin and brother Robin. Naiibang song numbers ang gagawin nila on stage for their fans.
As a singer-performer, wala nang dapat patunayan pa si Gary V. Alam natin kung gaano din kagaling na actor si Mr. Pure Energy. Kailan kaya muli natin siyang mapapanood sa isang makabuluhang pelikula, teleserye or MMK?
“I don’t know, my doors
remain open when it regards to movies. Ang sa akin lang, doing a soap kasi personally, I know kung ano ang kailangang gawin. For soaps… and I don’t know if I can do, that because if I do that I might have to give-up my singing almost completely. Wala na, I don’t have chance to go on concert or going on tour which for me is still the most effective way I can be somebody else’s life. I also believe if I am part of the soap opera I’ve been playing a character, I’m not really being myself and that’s very crucial with me. When I step up on that stage, I’m not doing anything, I’m not playing a role or directed by someone. There’s no take two, you’ll just who you are and that’s quiet effective. Sa akin lang ‘yun but if I’m going to do a movie that’s a different story. Sana, will see…actually I’m creating a story, mini-series, teleserye or a movie, I don’t know. But I’m working on it now and hopefully it will cast some of the top actors and actressess we have in the Philippines today,” pahayag ni Mr. Pure Energy.
Ano kaya kung magsama sa isang episode sa MMK sina Gary V. at Martin, i-consider kaya nila ? “I think I’ve done the movie industry great service by not doing anymore movies. I think if there’s any increase in movie tickets and sales because I’m not been asked to do movies, thank you. Soap opera are so good because I’m not in them,” pakuwelang sabi ni Martin.
“There was an offer to do a movie actually, I cannot go in to the details about it. There’s an offer to do a movie with Martin. We will see how it’s turn out… we will have a presscon talaga so we can tell you. I cannot go in to the details of that…” sambit naman ni Gary V.

Ang Paa ang first directorial job ni Enrico, the man behind ABS-CBN’s top-rating primetime shows tulad ng “Dyosa,” “Ligaw Na Bulaklak,” “Habang May Buhay,” “Kung Fu Kids” at “Super Inggo.” Naiiba ang approach ni Direk sa episode niya, twisted look compared sa ibang horror films na ating napapanood. “The episodes are interrelated, kaya dapat panoorin nang buo. Ipakikita rito ang iba’t ibang uri ng takot sa ating isipan,” sey ni Direk.
