Pinaghahandaan na ni Matteo Guidicelli ang future nila ni Sarah Geronimo if ever sila na nga ang magkatuluyan. Katunayan nga, may Italian restaurant na siya sa Cebu City.
“Seven months ago, I opened my restaurant in Cebu and it’s doing well. A few months ago, I just opened my first production company, it’s called Big Bang Productions. May dalawang partners ako, we make videos and concert event,” sambit ng bagong endorser ng Sun Life Money For Life and Sun Life Prosperity Card na si Matteo.
Ayon kay Matteo, hindi pa raw sa ngayon, dahil marami pa silang gusting gawin ni Sarah. ‘Yung planong pagpapakasal, darating daw ‘yun sa tamang panahon. Walang assurance galing sa actor kung kalian talaga sila ng actress-singer lalagay sa tahimik. Ini-enjoy muna nila ang kanilang relationship.
“Getting married is something very serious. It’s not a joke, it will come. We’re not pressuring ourselves or anything,” say ng hunk actor.
Napag-uusapan din ang pre-nup agreement? Say ni Matteo, “It’s really depends on the couple. I can live with it. I can live without it. It doesn’t matter.”
Nang dahil kay Matteo, naging independent si Sarah. Natuto itong magdesisyon para sa kanyang sarili at i-enjoy ang buhay.
Paliwanag ng actor, “I guess, they are saying because I’m here, ‘di ba? I think it’s her. She’s doing everything on her own. She’s growing as a person and I’m very, very proud of her. She started to do the things she wants to do which is lagpas na sa oras, ‘di ba? She’s 28, she was supposed to do before, but I’m very, very happy and very proud of her. She is becoming independent and she’s doing her own thing.
“I always try to tell my friends and Sarah also, that it is very, very important to have a life outside of the business. You know, it’s nice to go to the beach sometimes, out of the country sometimes, it’s for yourself also. You need to have freedom in your soul, in your mind. You can’t always be stuck with one thing, because I’ve realized that this world is so big. There are so many things that you can see. There are so many things that you can do, and you shouldn’t be stuck to do one thing only. So, I was encouraging them to do other things, to have a free spirit, just live to the fullest.”
Maraming nagsasabing malaking factor si Matteo kay Sarah kaya nagagawana nito ang gusto niya para sa kanyang sarili.
“Siyempre, I’ll try to influence her with good things. With the things I do my self. I think, sports is very important thing in life. Having a life outside showbiz… so, I try as a boyfriend. As a boyfriend I try to be the best person I could be with her. We influence each other in different things. She influences me with a lot of things. She’s different… she changes me. She makes me feel better. Kumbaga, she makes me feel I have wings, happier,” sabi pa ni Matteo.
Nang tanungin naming si Matteo kung okay sila ng parents ni Sarah: “Okay naman, dapat magsaya tayo,” ang matipid na sagot ng actor.”
Halata mong umiiwas ang binata na magbigay ng comment sa magulang ng Pop Princess. Sa side naman ng family ng binata, kasundo raw ni Sarah ang family and relatives ni Matteo.
Kuwento niya, “Family is very important to me. That something my family thought me. I know my family raise me 26 years and they want me to end with amazing woman. Siyempre, I want to be sure on good people, positive people.”
Inamin ni Matteo na natagpuan na niya sa katauhan ni Sarah ang gusting niyang makasama habang-buhay.
“Siyempre, hindi na tayo naglalaro, 26 na tayo. I think, I know what I want for my future. Anything could happen, we have to be realistic. We should have to be the best for ourselves and prepare for the future,” tugon ni Matteo.
Para kay Matteo, hindi big deal ang age gap nila, Matteo (26 years old) at Sarah (28 years old).
“I don’t think so, she bring a lot on the table. I have my own things that I bring on the table. I guess, we complement to each other. We’re not the same in many things. Two opposite people come together and make the table better,” dagdag pa ni Matteo.
Ipinagmalaki ni Matteo na marunong nang magluto si Sarah. Natikman na raw niya ang mga luto nito.
“Ayos naman, basta nagluluto na siya. Marami na siyang alam na lutuin. I’m very proud of her,” pagbibida pani Matteo.
