KASADO NA ang Valentine’s Date nina Maxene Ma-galona at rumored boyfriend niyang si Renz Fernandez. Ilang araw silang magbabakasyon sa Hong Kong at doon na nila isi-celebrate ang araw ng mga puso.
“We’re gonna meet up with some friends there,” ana’ng Kapuso actress. “And then, ‘yon… ikut-ikot lang. Kasi malamig sa Hong Kong. Kaya masarap mag-ikut-ikot doon.
“First Valentine namin ito ni Renz na magsi-celebrate kami together. As friends!” natawang sabi pa ni Maxene. “And siyempre pagdatin ko roon sa Hong Kong, mag-i-Instagram din naman kami, ‘di ba?
“Nando’n kami from February 13 to 15. Short vacation lang. Siyempre, it’s a vacation na rin from work. To relax. Gano’n. Actually, no’ng sinabi namin na Hong Kong kami magbabakasyon, tapos naisip ko… why not spend the whole Valentine’s Day sa 14th sa Disneyland. Tapos manonood kami ng fireworks! I’ve always been a fan of the Disney princesses. Kaya for me, ‘yong mga Disney princesses, sila ‘yong idol ko pagdating sa pag-ibig. So, I think it’s just very special na first time kong mag-celebrate ng Valentine’s sa Disneyland.
“Naniniwala ako sa story ng mga Disney princesses na sa ending, laging… and they live happily ever after. Kasi siyempre, no matter what, no matter how many heart breaks you go through, there will always be… you know, a rainbow after the rain. There will always be a happy ending. And you will always be happy as long as you choose to be happy. Na walang drama. Walang away. Walang gulo o kahit ano. Basta masaya ka lang. Alam mo ‘yon?
“And you know, when it comes to Valentine’s Day, hindi naman ibig sabihin dapat may boyfriend ka o girlfriend. You can also spend it with your family. It’s just about love. And loving yourself. And loving the people around you. Iyon lang naman ang importante ro’n.”
Gustong-gusto nga siya ni Lorna Tolentino para sa anak nitong si Renz. Nangiti naman ulit si Maxene nang matanong tungkol dito.
“Love na love ko rin naman si Tita Lorna. And buong family nila, they’re so nice. They’re so family oriented. And it’s very admirable. You know, to see a family in showbiz that’s so strong despite what happened to Tito Rudy. Siyempre it was very hard for them. But I see them now na they’re so happy. And they’re just solid talaga as a family. Just like our family na solid din. Iyon naman ang importante.”
Okey naman daw si Renz sa pamilya Magalona.
“They all love him. They all love Renz. Because he’s very funny. He’s a comedian talaga, eh. He’s very nice. And, uhm… dahil dalawa lang silang magkapatid ni Kuya Ralph, sa mga kapatid ko, tuwang-tuwa siya siyempre. Kasi ang dami namin, gano’n. So, masaya lang. It’s just really fun. And walang arti-artista ‘pag nagha-hang-out kami as a family. ‘Yon.
“Ako, I really believe na pagdating sa pag-ibig, dapat hindi tayo masyadong nag-iisip. Love I supposed to be easy. Kaya dapat wala tayong problema.”
She looks so much in love talaga sa ngayon?
“Basta, I’m happy. And I deserve to be happy,” nakangiting huling nasabi na lang ni Maxene.
