MYRTLE SARROSA wants to free herself from her cosplayer image, the reason why she joined the Star Magic Angels.
“Kasi gusto kong i-reinvent ang sarili ko. Ayokong ma-stuck lang sa pagiging PBB. Gusto kong mag-get away from that character na cosplayer. Gusto kong ma-establish ang sarili ko who is comfortable and believes na she is beautiful and sexy inside and out,” chika niya sa amin.
Now sporting a more mature and sexy image, she admitted na una siyang kinabahan during her cover pictorial for FHM magazine.
“‘Yung first ko na kaba is when I did the FHM cover kasi parang ini-expect na nila that I will join agad. So hindi naman ako nag-hindi, wala na akong dalawang isip sa pagsali sa Star Magic Angels,” say pa niya.
She described her FHM pictorial as parang cosplay pa rin because “may characters ang suot ko, may anime pa rin pero walang wig, bikini na may characters ang suot ko.”
When the offer to be one of the Star Magic Angels came, grab kaagad ito ng TV host.
“Thankful talaga ako kasi noong sinabi na ‘ibu-build up na kayo’ at ito na ‘yung opportunity na inaantay mo.” Noong PBB pa lang ay may mga projects ako na naudlot and itong comeback ko na right after noong PBB after almost three years.”
