KINAILANGAN PANG dapuan ng isang “serious infection” si BB Gandanghari para sa wakas ay matanggap na siya ng kapatid na si Robin Padilla. The latter’s calling BB “my sister” in a captioned photo on his Instagram tells all.
Earlier, sa isang interview ay ikinuwento ni BB that in terms of brotherly acceptance, he has won two out three. “Puwede na,” aniya, but BB is biding his time na magkakaayos din daw sila ni Robin.
Like an answered prayer, days later ay ipinost ni Robin ang larawan ng kanyang anak na si Ali showing his boxing moves to his “aunt”. Nagkuwento pa ng ilang childhood anecdotes si Robin during their younger days.
This is certainly welcome news for the entire Padilla family. Bukod-tanging si Robin na lang kasi among BB’s siblings has not fully accepted the latter’s coming out of his nutshell. But above all, BB can now heave a sigh of relief.
With this closure to a long-standing brotherly gap, BB still resonates his sadness. Sa puntong ito raw kasi nararamdaman ni BB ang lungkot ng pag-iisa. Ideally, anybody should have a life partner.
Ang pagiging pamilyado rin daw kasi ng kanyang mga kapatid ang dahilan kung bakit hindi sila nakukumpleto sa tuwing may family gathering, only BB is most available dahil isa nga naman siyang single.
This state of “singlehood” is what disturbs him during quiet moments. Sa maraming single and unattached, BB’s feelings are just but valid. Ang kawalan nila ng partner ay mapupunan lang ng isang mapagkalinga’t maunawaing pamilyang tanggap ang kasariang kanilang pinili.
