Jason Derulo’s ‘Savage Love’ is getting a hotter remix version this coming Friday, October 2. Why? Because the new track features BTS!
BTS Army suspected that a collaboration might be on the way when they discovered that Jason Derulo liked @bts_bighit ‘s tweet update regarding Dynamite spending the second week at the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 1.
BTS also uploaded a funny TikTok video of them dancing to ‘Savage Love’ with choreography on Sunday night. The song featuring the original beat of 17-year old Auckland musician Jawsh 685, which most people associate with TikTok dance covers (Laxed-Siren Beat).
BTS finally confirmed via @bts_bighit that a new version of the song will be dropped on Friday, October 2 by posting this interesting Tiktok dance videos from Jason Derulo, Jawsh 685 and of course, BTS.

This subtle announcement was made just hours after Big Hit Entertainment opened the pre-orders for the highly anticipated ‘quarantine’ album of BTS BE (Deluxe Edition). Also, BTS will appear for five days straight at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for the BTS Week, where they are expected to perform at least five songs and participate in comedy sketches and interviews.
This is an unexpected yet interesting collaboration. Apart from BTS’ chart-topping song ‘Dynamite’, Jason Derulo’s solo dance track ‘Take You Dancing’ is also a TikTok dance cover favorite today.
While waiting, it would be nice to listen to the current version of Savage Love?
