“Busy kami rito (resto). Kapag alam na namin ang gender then we can start thinking about names,” say ng beauty queen.
As first time businesswoman, ito ang na-realize ni Shamcey, “Mahirap siya but then it’s rewarding. It’s our own business, you have your own time pero at the same time lahat ay sa iyo rin.”
“Kasi Peter po ang second name niya and Coi Coi is my nickname,” came her explanation naman kung bakit ganoon ang name ng kanilang resto.
“It’s all Pinoy. We have Tambayan ni Pedro sa baba. Then we have the jeepney na ang background mo ay old Manila. Upstairs naman, ang tawag namin ay Bahay ni Coi kasi it’s a remake ng bahay ni Shamcey sa GenSan doon sa probinsiya. It’s a mixed bit of urban, ‘yung ano, very barangay at meron ka ring bit of the country side,” say naman ni Lloyd.
Pedro ‘N Coi offers classic Filipino dishes like sisig, kaldereta, sinigang but in some dishes ay merong embellishments, may twist.
