THERE’S NO STOPPING this “showbiz couple” from getting married much, of course, to the consternation of the woman’s two children.
Without even guessing, alam naman ng publiko kung sino ang gagastos sa tiyak nang engrandeng kasalang ito, who else but the lovestruck female partner na sa kabila ng ilang beses nang pagtataksil ng nobyo, there she is, and will always be, a forgiving significant other.
Social status-wise, ‘di hamak na mas nakaaangat sa buhay ang babae who has holdings here and abroad. Lumalabas pa ngang parang subordinate lang niya ang kanyang boyfriend for a time, who now embarks on another field whose capital investment—for sure—ay galing pa sa kanyang nobya.
Like any high-profile would-be couple, most specially when the woman is wealthier than her partner ay karaniwan nang pinapipirma niya ang lalaki ng pre-nuptial agreement. This safeguards the woman’s sole ownership of all her acquisitions prior to their union, kung saan hindi entitled dito ang kanyang magiging asawa, but only to whatever conjugal savings/property that the couple may acquire since the period of their marriage.
Pero sa kaso ng “showbiz couple” na ito, ang lalaki ang nag-call ng pre-nup agreement. Good decision, nice move. Por delicadeza na rin ‘yon para lalong hindi mabuo sa isip ng publiko ang motibo ng kanyang pagpapakasal sa kanyang may-edad nang kasintahan.
