Si Keann Johnson ang leading man ni Adrian Lindayag sa BL movie ng 2020 MMFF na The Boy Foretold By The Stars na kasali sa 2020 Metro Manila Film Festival.
Dahil sa kinamulatang ni Keann na sexual orientation ng kanyang ina na isang lesbian ay mas naging bukas daw siya sa pag-intindi sa kahit anong klase ng relasyon.
“Mas naging open ako to everything. Na-understand ko po ang different perspective. Nabigyan ako ng chance na magkaroon ng wonderful mom,” lahad niya.
Kaya naman bukas din ang binata sa posibilidad na magmahal din siya ng isang bading o kaya ay ng kapwa niya lalaki kahit siya ay heterosexual.
“Yes po, there is (possibility),” pagtatapat ng binata. I’m heterosexual, but what I always say, I’m open to the fact na for example I eventually do find someone attractive, I can be homosexual.
“That’s my stand point as of now. Basta po mahanap ko yung tamang tao para sa akin ay masaya na po ako,” matapang niyang pag-amin.
Dagdag niya, “For people who confess to me — it depends din talaga who I see. It’s not because they approached me na I’ll just say yes then. Of course, I want to see if they’re my type as well.
“If they have the same personality that I have, and I’m interested in them in other ways. Kasi siyempre kung hindi ko gusto yung tao, bakit ko pipilitin, di ba?
“Pero, you know, I appreciated the fact that they see something in me that they want to make me part of their life.”
Inamin din ng baguhang aktor na may ilang beki at babae na rin daw na na-in love sa kanya nung high school.
“Yes, there are few guys and girls who have fell in love with me from time to time,” pagbabahagi niya.
“Ayoko namang magmukhang guwapung-guwapo sa sarili pero during my high school days I focus mostly on myself, my studies and also in pursuing my career. So I’m balancing both. Relationship wasn’t my 100 percent focus at that time,” katwiran pa niya.
