CELEBRITY COUPLE TINTIN Bersola, and Julius Babao and their daughter Anya were recently spotted at the opening of Center for Culinary Arts Kitchen at the 3rd Level of Eastwood Mall. Although she is soon to give birth to a baby boy, Tintin keeps herself beautiful and busy with her television show on the web titled ParentinTV.
Sina Tintin at Anya ay graduates ng CCA-Manila kung saan sila kumuha ng isang short course. Minsan nga ay nagpapadala silang mag-ina sa Backroom office ng mga delicious cookies which they personally baked.
Ang CCA Kitchen ay satellite school ng Center for Culinary Arts-Manila (CCA-Manila) that offers the best lifestyle courses for couples, kids, yuppies, moms, dads/men, enthusiasts and pro-chefs. Tiyak na mag-e-enjoy ang mga estudyante sa kanilang Interactive Cooking Class. Imagine yourself as a real chef donning an apron and cap while actively participating in class – chopping onions, slicing meat, cooking pasta, mixing cocktails, baking a cake, whipping cream.
Mahusay magturo ang CCA-Manila. My niece Lanie graduated from its Main Campus in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City. Sometimes she would bake cookies for the family. Noong nakaraang Pasko nga ay siya ang nag-bake ng mga panregalong cookies para sa aking mga kaibigan.
Sikat ang CCA-Manila bilang pangunahing professional culinary school ng bansa kaya naman hindi nakapagtatakang marami rin silang mga sikat na alumni tulad nina Chefs Tristan Encarnacion, Rosebud Benitez, Niño Logarta, Danica Sotto (two years Diploma in Culinary Arts Management), Diego Castro, Ai-Ai delas Alas (level five of diploma course), Janice de Belen (short course), Ryan Agoncillo and Derek Ramsay (two days basic culinary training para sa teleseryeng Ysabella), at Kris Aquino (one day knife skills na kailangan para sa isang show). The other CCA-Manila schools are at the 2nd Floor of Farmer’s Market and Oceana Restaurant-School in SM Mall of Asia.
Ang sarap sigurong magluto. But I talk more than I cook. Actually, I love watching cooking shows and I’m a big fan of Giada de Laurentiis. Before, I would assist Kris in our cooking segment on Boy & Kris. My first guest appearance in a cook show was in Janice’s Spoon on Net 25 where we cooked paksiw na bangus. Ako, I eat paksiw na bangus with raisin bread. Malay mo, mapasama rin balang araw sa lifestyle course ng CCA Kitchen ang paksiw na bangus with raisin bread!
