WE READ a couple of reviews for Kris Aquino, Vic Sotto, Bimby and Ryzza Mae Dizon’s Metro Manila Film Festival entry at lahat ng nabasa namin ay NEGA.
They, the critics, we mean, were one in saying na hindi maganda ang movie, na it was replete with commercials and it was BADLY written and directed.
Actually, they were just being polite when all they should have said is that the movie is one BIG BASURA!
They don’t know what they will be getting kasi. Hindi nila alam na they will just be an audience to an array of commercials INTERPERSED with INANE comic antics from a supposedly seasoned comedian.
Pati nga ang kilalang critic and blogger and TV host na si Lourd Ernest de Veyra ay hindi na nakatiis at nagsulat ng isang open letter to Vic Sotto, his request was simply to appeal to the comedian’s sense of aesthetics.
With their RECKLESS disregard for their craft ay makikita mo namang wala silang concern na magpakita ng talino sa kanilang trabaho. That’s the sad and INCONVENIENT TRUTH about some of our influential comedians.
That said, we feel that the movie is for DUMB and DUMBER!
