Kinuwestiyon niya ang credentials ni Freddie for that position.
While many sided with her, mas marami ang bumira sa kanya sa social media.

“I dont agree with Vivian’s statement and I quote”cannot be ran by just anybody deemed by the office of the president”. Freddie Aguilar is not just anybody, he is a good composer, a good singer and a great artist. He has not one but several hit songs that became no. 1 not only in the Phils. but in other parts of the world. You cannot be a good composer if you do not have brain and Pres. Duterte knows that and he is not giving Freddie the position because of their friendship but because the President is confident that Freddie Aguilar is capable of doing the job. And who are you to question the President’s decision?”
