WOWOWIN’S PILOT episode lorded it over the ratings, all right.
Sa katunayan, eight plus ratings ang naitalang pigura nito against ABS-CBN’s movie block, and why was it so?
Very sadly though, the three Sundays that followed proved to be a BIG disappointment as Wowowin dismally failed to sustain its ratings supremacy, losing thrice to its rival program na walang ka-effort-effort na nanalo sa ratings with run-off-the-mill movies produced by the network’s film arm.
May paliwanag kaya rito? Is it because hinahanap-hanap ng mga manonood ang nakasanayan nang female co-host ni Kuya Wil? A show insider, however, says there’s no need to have one.
Then what?
Ayon sa aming mga nakakausap, the program flow is a bit too dragging partikular na ang mga spiels ni Kuya Wil told and retold many times over.
As though this observation is not enough, may pahabol pa ang mga ito claiming to be program analysts kuno, “Sorry pero walang bago!”
A program resurrected yet recycled.
